We are looking for a Affiliate Manager to build our product — Jooble Job Aggregator

jooble.org is the main product. We gather vacancies from 140 000 sources, including corporate websites, social networks, classifieds, and other resources. This product is available in 67 countries.
Our user is a job seeker whom we help find a relevant job opportunity.
Our client is the marketing manager from a job board whom we give an opportunity to attract job seekers.
Our partners` websites help us increase traffic volume by posting our vacancies/widgets. Users visit our website, while partners receive rewards.

Responsibilities:

identify and acquire prospective affiliate partners based on independent research and prior experience;
onboard new partners, and monitor publishers’ activity daily to ensure compliance and performance;
work with large amounts of data and have a data-driven approach to planning work and analyzing its outcomes;
optimize the affiliate partners’ performance according to client goals and objectives;
close cooperation with the Customer Success team and participation in cross-functional team project;
keep partners’ profiles up-to-date in a CRM system;
lead initiatives aiming to automatize our internal tools and implement new tools;
prepare insights on market performance, propose solutions to improve our current processes, and change the focus if needed.

Requirements:

English proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written);
Ukrainian proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written);
experience in affiliate performance marketing;
hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns with acquisition KPIs based on CR/CPA/ROMI, etc.;
basic knowledge of tracking systems tools;
experience in analytic tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Datastudio, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, etc.;
negotiation skills;
high level of self-organization, discipline, strategy, and result orientation.

Nice-to-have:

experience with international partners;
experienced CRM user.
