We are currently looking for a highly motivated and creative Market Research Analyst to join our Product innovation team to help us identify new business opportunities and launch new products through qualitative and quantitative market, user & customer research.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience as a product analyst/market research analyst/user research specialist
  • work experience of conducting analytical research including:

— the collection of qualitative and quantitative data from open sources, internal datasets, internal and external experts;

— drawing high-quality insights and hypothesis from the data analyzed;
— the preparation of the research reports (ppt, xlsx, doc).

  • Communication skills. The ability to structure and conduct proper interviews;
  • Systematic thinking. The ability to systematically and concisely formulate your thoughts, organize information, identify cause and effect relationships
  • Problem solving mindset. The ability to solve issues creatively and to find unconventional ways of obtaining information.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced English as you will work with English content as well as interviewing English-speaking experts, users, customers.

  • The work experience of conducting UX testing of software products


Your responsibilities will include

Market research

  • Define the scope of marketing research, subjects to be addressed
  • Collect data from the open sources
  • Communicate with internal experts in the company, collect of insights
  • Study the products of market participants (software products, services), comparative analysis of different products
  • Conduct interviews with market experts to gain market insights
  • Structure, visualize information; highlight key data and insights that provide insight into the market
  • Develop data-backed hypotheses about promising market segments, product and business opportunities.



Customer Development & User Research

  • Conduct interviews with target users and prospects to identify their motivations, mental models, decision-making process, needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and conduct surveys to identify the necessary details of the user’s portrait and their needs;
  • Set up prototypes and product UX testing; identify user behavior patterns and drive conclusions on product improvement areas.
