We are looking for a Data Analyst to enhance our product — Jooble Job Aggregator:

  • http://jooble.org is the main product. We gather vacancies from 140,000 sources, including corporate websites, social networks, classifieds, and other resources. This product is available in 67 countries.
  • Our user is a job seeker whom we help find a relevant job opportunity.
  • Our client is the marketing manager from a job board whom we allow to attract job seekers.
  • Our partners` websites help us increase traffic volume by posting our vacancies/widgets. Users visit our website, while partners receive rewards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support development teams in different changes and tests.
  • Analyze ad-hoc requests and tasks (Sales, Customer Success, PR, SEO, PPC).
  • Automate routine queries and share data with other team members.
  • Share user insights with different teams and analysts.
  • Apply new approaches to data visualization and data-driven storytelling, and share successes and failures with the analytics team.
  • Take part in improving data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product/Data Analyst.
  • Advanced level of SQL.
  • Advanced experience using at least one visualization system (Tableau, looker Studio, Power BI).
  • High level of communication skills.
  • High level of self-organization, discipline, strategy, and result orientation.

Nice to have:

  • Python.
  • Understanding of product metrics and AB testing, solid experience in conducting AB tests.
  • Experience in implementing a product metrics system or part of it.
  • Amplitude, MixPanel.
  • Participation in the creation of an analytical data warehouse.
