We are seeking a Moderation Team Lead/ Content Quality Manager to lead the charge in maintaining the highest standards of content quality across our job boards. This is a leadership role where you will shape the quality processes, manage a team, and collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless user experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Content Quality Management
    Develop and implement quality standards for content.
    Create and enforce policies and processes for job vacancy quality assurance.
    Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Quality Control Processes
    Design and implement checklists, SLAs, and other tools to evaluate content quality.
    Introduce automated systems for content moderation and validation.
    Conduct ongoing monitoring and audits to identify and resolve content issues.
    Analyze user complaints, classify them, and identify core problems.
    Implement changes to reduce complaints and improve content quality.
    Regularly report on quality goals and metrics.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    Work closely with the Data Aggregation Team, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to coordinate quality initiatives.
    Provide actionable feedback loops between teams to quickly address user complaints.
    Promote a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Team Development and Leadership
    Establish and integrate quality standards and processes for the content quality team.
    Recruit, train, and mentor content quality specialists.
    Foster autonomy and self-organization within the team.

    What We're Looking For /Your Skills

    • Proven experience in roles focused on content quality management or quality assurance processes.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management practices, data analysis, and content standards.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with automation tools for content moderation is a plus.
    • English proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written).
    • Ukrainian proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written).
